In the case of estate planning, ECFA can provide a detailed “road map” for the collection, which includes an outline of the appropriate and relevant markets for various items.
Our fees for all services are on an hourly rate or a project fee basis, never on a percentage of the appraised value. Ms. Clement is an Accredited Member of the American Society of Appraisers (ASA).
