We’re excited to share this beautiful new sculpture by Kate Raudenbush, created for our upcoming exhibition at Aqua Art Miami 2019. Entitled Glyph #3: Protector, this piece is part of the artist’s new Glyph series and is inspired by feminine energy and the spirit of protection. Protector features an interlocking design of laser-cut and welded metal elements finished in white. Its vertical flowing movement is balanced by a central stone of labradorite which is said to hold the power of magic, perception, and protection. This gorgeous, blue-green stone appears to glow from within and emanate light, beaming hues of blue, green and gold.
Glyph #3: Protector will be shown by Elizabeth Clement Contemporary in Room 108 at Aqua Art Miami 2019, December 4th through 8th.
